London Bridgathon

6th September 2026

Walk with HCC!

Each year our community comes together for our London Bridgathon event. Enjoy a walk along the River Thames, past some of London’s most iconic sights. It’s a fun day out for patients, families, supporters and staff. The Bridgathon is an opportunity to see old friends and make new ones!

Our inclusive route welcomes all ages and abilities. Some groups walk the whole route, which is 8 miles. Others build in extra rest stops or walk a shorter section of the route, such as a four mile loop, to suit their needs.

Each year, before we set off we hear announcements from our community, like HCC Patrons Julian Rhind-Tutt and Professor Emma Morris.
